Questionnaire

The following questionnaire was developed in preparation for this submission to Maddie's Fund and sent to our adopters. Data is still quite raw but available here for perusal to all who are interested.

Adopters!: WaggyTail Rescue (WTR) is applying for a GRANT and we need to know what we did Right to make your dog so lucky..
We need this info from ALL our adopters.. We hope this doesn't come at a bad time.
Please take 2 minutes to respond..


-Which of the following contributed to you adopting your dog? Don't flatter us-we really want to know what led to pups finding great homes like yours
-Cute Photos?
-Petfinder Profile?- Support from WTR? (we were accessible before, during `and after adoption?)
-You are/were a WTR volunteer?
- You like the Culture (mission, people, way we work)?
-Hearing Happy Tails of other dogs from people, our website, myspace, or fanblog?(if yes, feel free to specify, but you don't have to)
-You were fostering the Dog?
-You are friends with a WTR person?
-You went to a WTR event or workshop? (if yes, feel free to specify, but you don't have to)
-Honesty in pet descriptions/conditions?
-Adoption process has less unnecessary 'red tape'?
-Foster system allowed you to see the dog in natural environment and provided more info than shelter?
